Fire Interrupts LMFAO Concert In Honduras
"Party Rock" duo LMFAO is joking about setting their concert "on fire" in Honduras Wednesday night, but investigators believe some sinister forces may have actually led to the concert's abrupt end. Citing local news reports, TMZ.com says police in Honduras are investigating the fire as a possible case of arson. They suspect a criminal element may have set fire to the venue's electrical system. No word on any arrests. LMFAO was forced to end the show at the Coliseo Nacional de Ingenieros when smoke began to fill the arena. At least 15 people were treated for smoke inhalation. LMFAO's Redfoo tweeted about the incident after the show in a joking statement that read, "Epic concert tonight!!! Everybody in Honduras, we set the place on fire!!!" He also shared that they were told there was a fire while they were performing on stage and that the halls were filled with smoke when they retreated to their dressing rooms. Redfoo later offered via tweet, "On a serious note. Hope everybody is safe from the fire tonight! love you Honduras."
