Fall Fest 2008 and Terror in the Corn - Anderson Farms, Erie Sept. 20 - Nov. 2 Featuring a ghost town, "trail of thrills" through the corn, special effects, and a "cemetery of giggles." The farm also features wagon rides, corn and hay bale mazes, pumpkin picking, and pumpkin "launching" (yes, with a giant slingshot).
Romp & Roll Halloween Bash - Highlands Ranch Friday Oct. 24, 1 pm - 7:30 pm Free for members and $7 per child for non-members.
Trick-or-Treat Street - The Children's Museum of Denver Oct. 29 - 31 Plenty of treats, candy, and artwork.
Trick or Treat OFF the Street - The Wildlife Experience 10035 S. Peoria Ave., Parker On Halloween from 2 pm - 7 pm Admission is free for children under 2; $4.95 for children ages 2-12, $7.95 for adults and $6.95 for seniors. Members of The Wildlife Experience receive free admission.
Chatfield Corn Maze - Denver Botanic Gardens Now through Oct. 26. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Oct. 11 – 12: Come search for the perfect pumpkin at our pumpkin festival!
Haunted History Tours of the Wild West in Morrison Select dates from Oct. 3 - Nov. 1
Boo at the Zoo - Denver Zoo October 25 - 26, 9 am – 5 pm
For Teens and Adults:
FrightFest - Elitch Gardens Every weekend in October Features Halloween parades and a trick-or-treat trail. Get your pets involved in the Halloween fun for the Pet Parade Costume Contest on October 18. Pets and owners dress up and strut down the catwalk to compete in this annual event to benefit the Dumb Friends League.
Frightmare - 108th & Old Wadsworth, Westminster Operates Sept. 29 - Oct. 31; Sunday - Thursday 7 pm – 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 7 pm – midnight. "Colorado's premiere haunted attraction"
